Happy Friday again!

It's time for QKR Stampede challenge # 94 - Include a cat or dog!  Well, you know me, I had to choose a cat!  And what a crazy cat!  Apparently, he LOVES to party!  lol

I made him some party banners with a punch my daughter had given me.  He just seemed like the wild party cat who would have to have banners hanging at his party!

    Oh, he's a wild, fun-lovin' guy, alright, and way too cute for his own good! What a great party card! Love all the bright colors and the cupcake paper with polka dot banner.
