This is more in keeping with the warm weather isn't it? I grabbed a Poppy Stamps Stitched Heart Borders die and a Tutti Designs Flower Cart die for the focal point.
I love Tutti Design dies! All of them are so detailed & gorgeous!

There's that pretty flower cart again and this time with a darling stitched heart border! I LOVE that border die! Thinking I'd use it a lot. This makes a very pretty birthday card, and you know I love the yellow!
