Although the QKR Stampede challenge for today is "I'm Feeling Blue" (use lots of blue), I'll be willing to bet that most of you are feeling anything BUT blue! It's Friday!! I thought this cute little elephant "cop" would be the perfect start to using lots of blue. And who hasn't had that "blue" feeling when they have come back to their car to see a parking ticket! ha ha
