Happy Monday!

I can understand this guy's reaction to another birthday! Once you hit a certain age, you have to stop counting how many there are!  At least there is chocolate cake & presents! 

This is a Mo Manning digi which I've had a long, long time.  I rarely use her digi stamps any more.  Her political views are kind of a turn off sometimes.  I'd rather include everyone.

Hello!

I know what they say about chicken soup and when I found this cute Hambo digi, I had to get it.  How funny is this! Apparently, not everyone can make delicious soup!  ha ha

Everyone needs a little chuckle when they are under the weather & this should do the trick!

I'm not sure what recipe she is using, but I never heard of using actual chicken feet! ha ha

QKR Stampede Weekly Challenge - Anything Goes

Happy Friday!

Can you believe Easter has already come & gone?  The spring is fast approaching and I can't wait! It's always my favorite time of year! I LOVE seeing the grass start to green up and the spring tulips and daffodils stick their heads up! And the trees start to explode with leaves! It's a time of new beginnings after a long, long winter. 

The weekly challenge at QKR Stampede was changed to "Anything Goes" permanently as of the first of the year.  So grab your favorite stamping supplies & dies & see what fun things you can come up with!  You could be the winner of digital stamps.  I chose Butterfly & Bluebonnets # 21201 for my card.  I thought it would be a perfect Mother's Day card!

I framed it with a Precious Marieke Floral Frame and love the delicate look it created!
I am in love with anything lacy!  Always have been, always will be.

More gingham paper again. And I added a Frantic Stamper Reverse Paw Print Border.  It seemed the perfect die for this little guy!

Ready for a cute birthday card?  You all know I love cats & this little guy just grabbed me & pulled me right in! This is a Bugaboo digi and perfect for any cat lover or any child.

I had to put him on gingham paper!  Favorite subject, favorite paper!  (I may be the only person I know who has a whole drawer devoted to gingham paper!)  And another to polka dot paper!  ha ha

Pretty in Pink!

Are you ready for this new week?  I LOVE seeing nicer weather after the cold, cold winter we have had.  Today I'm sharing a beautiful digi from A Day For Daisies.  I love this one! I cut her out with a Spellbinder Long Classic Scalloped Rectangle set.

I grabbed a floral embossing folder for the background.  That always dresses up a card.

Dies R Us Challenge - Anything Goes Using Dies Carried by Dies R Us!

Happy Easter, everyone!

Or maybe I should say Happy April Fool's Day too!  (Which also happens to be my cat's birthday!) And very appropriate too! I got him from an ad in the paper & fell in love at first sight.  I couldn't remember how to tell male from female, so I asked one of the other gals there & she declared "he" was a female!  I took him home and named him Emily! Well, luckily I had an appointment for Monday to take "her" in for a checkup at my vets!  The gal there took one look and told me "Oh, I'm sorry to have to tell you this, honey, but you don't have an Emily.....you have an Emilio!"  So Brady pulled his first April Fool's joke when he was just a little guy!

Enough of this! Time for the important things!  Today is the first of the month Dies R Us challenge & the theme this time is "Anything Goes" as long as you use only dies sold at Dies R Us!  Which should be a piece of cake because we sell dozens of companies & hundreds of wonderful dies!

Here is the card I came up with! I used the following dies:  Poppy Stamps Stitched Bloom Trio, Poppy Stamps Lorelai Leaf, Memory Box Wrapped Scalloped Rectangles, Memory Box Stitched Scalloped Circles, and Poppy Stamps Happy Birthday Floral Frame.  And I love the end result!!
