For Cat Lovers!

Good Morning, everyone!

Today's card is one especially for all cat lovers.....which, of course, includes me!  How could you live without a cat!  Especially one as sweet & loving as my Brady!  It would be impossible! I adore dogs too, but have had a cat most of my adult life & can't imagine going to sleep without one cuddled up beside me.  This cute image is a favorite from A Day For Daisies.

It's an easy stamp to color & makes a quick guy card that any guy can identify with.

Dies R Us Challenge - Springtime

Can you believe that April is almost half over already!  Where has the time flown?  But I have to say I'm really enjoying the warmer days!  Winter lasted WAY too long!!

Today's challenge at Dies R Us is "Springtime!" and I know that is something we are all happy to see!

An oldie, but goodie!

Yes, this is a stamp I bet a lot of you recognize and probably have!  It's an old Stamping Up set that I've had for many, many years and still hang on to.

This set has loads of stuff for the back of the pickup....Christmas trees, pumpkins, furniture....and it makes a great guy card without much coloring.

QKR Stampede Weekly Challenge - Anything Goes

Hello, friends!

It's that time of the week again! Time for the weekly QKR Stampede Challenge! You have so many choices for subject matter, but I decided to go with Chubby Hen # 24230.  I knew just what I would do with her.  I pulled out my Cheery Lynn Designs Chicken Wire Frame & cut it out with my silver paper.  And for the inside I had a sentiment that says "Face it sweetie...You ain't no spring chicken, but Happy Birthday anyway!"

She doesn't look really happy for a "new mom" does she?  ha ha

Hedgehog golf!

Hi, friends!

Are you ready for a little chuckle?  This cute hedgehog should do the trick! He is a Penny Black stamp and I adore her hedgehogs!  In fact, my daughter bought me a stuffed one years ago & it has come with me to Nebraska . 

It may be hard to see him, but he sits on top of my stamp storage just to the right of my cat.

I have a lot of hedgehog stamps!  With my love for critters, they just appeal to me!  And real life ones are just adorable!

A Good Day Fishing...

Hello, again!

I bet you have all seen guys who are just addicted to fishing!  This is an old, old stamp with "Alias Smith & Rowe" stamped on the side and the name Conrad.  I've had it for years & years and still pull it out every now & then.

I added an Amy Design Fish & Bobber and a Die-Namites Cattails die to complete the scene.
