I hope you had a restful & enjoyable weekend. We all need that little time to re-charge don't we?
Tonight I have a couple of thank you cards I made with some autumn leaf dies. They were fun to put together & one of them was already sent off to my grandson to thank him for my Grandparent's Day card & gift.
For the card on the left, I used a couple of my Twinkling CO2's with my water pen to lay down some color on the textured card. The dies were from Spellbinders & the sentiment was a Studio G. The card on the right was done with a strip of DP instead of the painting & a little ribbon instead of the Scrapper's Floss.
I thought the card on the left was a little more "manly" (& I liked it better) so it went to Josh!
Have a great week everyone! I think it will be an interesting one!

ReplyDeleteI love these fall cards you made! These dies are beautiful too and what a neat idea of painting the side like you did - that card was my favorite too. Your grandson will love it and how thoughtful of him to send you a gift! He's a keeper;) Hugs
Really splendid!
ReplyDeleteThese are gorgeous. They put me in the mood for some pumpkin pie and hot tea! Love the colors on these and your beautiful leaves.
