After days of triple digit heat, we are finally getting a break tonite. We got a tiny bit of rain, but even that was welcome after days without any. The areas just south & east of us look like they got a nice downpour.
I have another thank you card to share tonite. This is one of Mo Manning's beautiful little gals. I colored her with Prismacolor markers & used a Spellbinder Fleur de Lis Rectangle die to cut her out. The paper is from Imaginations. The sentiment is from Inkadinkado & seemed a perfect choice.
It's still cloudy out & hopefully, we may catch a bit more rain before it all moves on. I'm sure the farmers have their fingers crossed.
Catch you later!
Cute card Sherri and awesome job of coloring. We also got a little bit a rain here and we are hoping for more too.
ReplyDeleteThis is so sweet! You do the most beautiful job with your coloring and, yes, the sentiment is perfect! I'm so happy to hear you had a bit of rain and some relief from the heat. I feel so bad for those areas that are all scorched and dry.
ReplyDeleteOh how sweet is she! Love her basket of carrots! The perfect papers for her too. Hope you get a bit more rain.
ReplyDeleteSo adorable Sherri! Love how you colored her and the frame makes me think of carrot tops! Love the papers you picked to use with her too... are they from the stamp company Imaginations?

ReplyDeleteYou did an awesome job of coloring this adorable image and the sentiment is a perfect match. Love the die cut you used too! Hope you get the rain you need - weather has been terrible with heat and no rain for you!! Hugs
Oh, I love the coloring! I haven't been around recently and missed so many cards. I'm back to work...not much time for fun.
