Hi, everyone!
Whenever I think of "Noel" I can't help but remember something that happened years & years ago . It's a memory I will never forget & it makes me smile every time I think of it. My daughter was in grade school and just learning to read and & we were all helping put up the Christmas decorations. I had an old ceramic set that spelled Noel and I gave it to her to put in the window sill and went back to decorating the tree. At one point, I went into the kitchen & looked up at the window to see that she had spelled "Lone" and just about fell over laughing. She said it was the only word she could think of! We still laugh about it to this day!
I'm so glad I didn't give this old set away. It brought back another really happy memory!

Love the story....great thing about the holidays remembering the little things. Your card is adorable. sure hope you did well at the craft sales.
ReplyDeleteYour story is one of those very special Christmas memories we never want to forget. We all have them, don't we? I would never want to give up this stamp, either, just because of that! And what a cute stamp it is. I love that it's quick to color, yet comes out so fun and festive. Awesome paper you used. What I wouldn't give to browse through your stamp room!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun memory Sherri! And your card is beautiful!
