Well, we have all forgotten a birthday at one time or another haven't we?  I actually forgot my brother-in-law's birthday one year!  Sent him TWO cards the following year!  This cute WhipperSnapper stamp makes the perfect apology card! The inside message says "Rats, I missed your birthday!"

Sweet dreams little fox!

Doesn't this little guy look so sweet sleeping among the flowers?  I wonder if my little fox sleeps where there are flowers?  I would love to see her den.  I'm guessing she has babies!  Charlotte always runs directly back to the den with her "meals" so I'm betting they are to feed the babies.

Ice cream solves everything!

Hi, gals & Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

May I just second that sentiment!  I know it sure solves all my problems!  I ADORE ice cream! Always have, always will! Chocolate marshmallow is my favorite!

I thought this would make a cute get well card! The image is from Stamping Bella, of course!

Don't you love they way they stacked the different flavors directly on top of their heads?  Sure makes for a cute cone, but a sticky little chick!  I think I'd prefer mine in a bowl!

Hopefully, your Thanksgiving dinner will include some ice cream!

Yup! I actually made some Husker cards!

Hi, guys!

Well, if you know anything at all about living in Lincoln, Nebraska, you know that football here is more than an obsession, it is a religion!  They interrupt shows to broadcast the latest scores and on game day you won't see anyone in the malls!  They are empty!  Everyone is either at the stadium or sitting home in front of their sets watching the game.  You could shoot a cannon off in the malls & not hit anyone.  Not even a clerk! They are all huddled behind registers listening to or watching the game!  So, I decided to make several "Husker" cards for the guys for my last craft show.  Hopefully, they all sold out!

I can't quite bring myself to buy a jersey yet but we won't tell anyone here that I also don't watch the games!  ha ha  Football has never been my favorite thing!  I'm sure they would run me out of town on a rail if they knew how I felt!  ha ha

P.S.  Well, I can only explain it as there must be something in the water here...I not only LOVE the Huskers, I watch every game AND I have even bought not one, but TWO Husker shirts! And I'm the one who hated football!

How is your weekend going?  Are you buried in chores and errands or ready for a nice relaxing weekend?  The great thing about being retired is you can do your chores during the week and just enjoy your weekends!  This is a Cheapo Die that caught my eye.

Anything with a cat always grabs me & sucks me right in!

How cute is this little guy! He is digi# 2906, titled "Cat Present" and what a great present he would be!  There is nothing more fun than a new kitten! But that's spoken as a "cat mommy" and they aren't as much fun at Christmas when they are still kittens! They climb your tree, attack the bows on your packages and generally drive you nuts! Thankfully, Brady is long past that stage and is content to sit on the tree skirt and gaze at the blinking lights!

Dies R US Challenge - Giving Thanks

Hello, again!

Well, November is half over and it will soon be time to put up with that awful "S" word....snow!
I hate driving in it! Luckily, I don't have to shovel it here.  They do that for us!  Yay!!!!!

It's getting close to Thanksgiving and time to remember exactly what we are thankful for.  I have been SO blessed in my life! I thank God every single day for all my blessings.  Especially my family and friends and of course, my cat Brady!  Living in Lincoln has been another blessing.  I've made a lot of new friends and I don't have to drive 3 hours to see my daughter and her family anymore.  I hope you have a lot of things to be thankful for too!

LOVE foxes!

Anyone who knows me knows that I adore foxes and actually have a beautiful red fox who comes to my house daily and I have named her Charlotte!  She has turned me into a fox lover for sure and I couldn't resist this cute A Day For Daisies fox image and knew it was going into my cart!

Baby Buggies!

Hello, everyone!

Do you have a favorite die for baby cards?  I actually have 2 of them.  Taylored Expressions Block Party-Baby and Marianne Designs Baby Buggy. Put the 2 of them together and they make a darling card.  I did these 2 in neutral colors so they could be used for either a girl or boy.

I know a lot of people who don't want to know the sex of their child before it arrives so these would work for either.

A new bundle from the stork!

Are you ready for a little chuckle?  Me too! I have this favorite old lady stamp that I use every single year! She is from Art Impressions and the stamp is so old the wood is actually weathered!

Whenever I use her, I always use my favorite birthday sentiment: "Happy Birthday from one glamerous babe to another!"  Mornings probably aren't the time any of us look our best! And boy, does she look grumpy! Hope the coffee helps!

Looks like our summer is gone and fall will be over soon too.  Hopefully, the winter won't be a bad one.  Enjoy every day while you can!  Today's challenge theme is to use any die with stitching in it.  Luckily, I have tons of those so I chose my favorites for my card!
