Today's card is a birthday chuckle.  We all have that friend who appreciates a good chuckle on their birthday, don't we!  I think everyone does!  So this cute chick just grabbed me immediately!

Love this little guy!  Isn't he perfect for that someone who is getting up there in age & wanting to laugh about it! I don't know about you, but I love a good chuckle on my birthday!

Well, this image should be perfect for any guy's birthday card, especially if he loves dogs!
I couldn't pass him up on the Dies R Us stamp sale!  Again.....I know, I couldn't pass a LOT of them up!

How perfect is this for a guy's card! Those are always the worst to make.  I'm much more comfortable making gals cards with lots of lacy dies & fun things & soft colors.

Penquins can celebrate too!

Hi, gals!

Have a really cute stamp to share with you today! It's a penquin sitting in a bubble bath enjoying a glass of bubbly! Obviously celebrating her birthday!  How cute is she!

This gal knows how to celebrate!!  We should all follow her lead and learn to relax more!  I know that's something I need to learn to do!

I'm on a penquin kick!  Just a warning!  I've found some darling penquin stamps and am having such fun coloring them up!

Happy Wednesday, everyone!

Today I have a couple of happy penquins to share.  This was one of the stamps I found on the Dies R Us stamp sale last week.  I knew it had to come home with me as it would make a gorgeous Christmas card!  I have a real soft spot for anything with penquins!

How cute are these guys tangled up in their Christmas lights!  At least they are in the Christmas spirit and are planning to decorate their igloo!  Since I'm gearing up for a fall craft show I know I will need plenty of Christmas cards.  And of course, I send out tons of them myself!

Pardon, my problems, but I usually edit my photos in Picassa and they are no longer available. Tried loading the new version and ran into nothing but problems!  So I am having to post photos I have not edited at all.  Should be really interesting! NOT!!

Can't imagine what I will do to the ones sitting on their sides!  GRRR!!

Christmas Buddies!

Hi, gals!

Yes, I know....it's disgusting to see someone working on Christmas cards at this time of the year! But as cold and windy as it has been here, it really feels like December instead of March!  Our ground is still covered in deep snow & with the cold temps, it won't be melting soon!

And I can always use Christmas cards for the fall craft shows.  Besides that, I can use them for my own cards too!  You can never have too many!  I send out a lot of cards at Christmas!

Doesn't this grumpy old guy just make you smile ear to ear?  And with that sentiment, you know he will be just perfect for someone's relative!  We all have one that fits this don't we?

FA-BOO-LOUS!

Hi, gals!

Yes, I know it's a long, long way until Halloween!  But as you know I am working on cards for craft shows year round.  I just finished a spring show Sunday so it's time to start working on the fall shows now.  This is a Stamping Bella image & although I don't normally like this group there was just something about her that spoke to me!

By adding a couple of my favorite Halloween web dies, she was pretty much finished.
The inside sentiment says "Have a frightful good time!" I'm hoping she will make someone very happy!

WOW!

That certainly says it all, doesn't it!  If you love your morning coffee the way I do, anyway!

This was another Stamping Bella image and it was "made" for me!  I ADORE my morning coffee.....well, actually, coffee in general.  It's my preferred drink of choice!  I thought this would be a fun card to send to your best friend or sister!

She certainly looks like she is enjoying her first cup of the day! I know just how she feels! ha ha

Hard to believe that March is half over already.  It won't be long until spring is finally here! I'm counting the days!  I hate cold days and even worse, I hate the fact it gets dark so early now.

My card for today was a fun one to create!  I used the following dies: Tutti Designs Floral Shoe, Avery Elle Sentimental Die Set, and Wild Rose Studio Corner Flourish.

Don't you love this feminine card?  I think any gal would love to receive it and probably be wondering just where she could get a pair of shoes like that!  I rarely wear heels anymore, but even I would consider them if they were that beautiful!

Get Well Soon!

Hello, everyone!

We all need get well cards, especially in flu season!  Hopefully, this cheerful card will help someone feel better & know that you are thinking of them.  It was simple to make.  I grabbed a Tutti Designs Bell Flower Corner die, added the sentiment and it was done.

I hope your Sunday is better weather than ours is here! It is brutally cold & really windy.  And, of course, today my daughter and I are greeters at church!  ha ha

Not sure what happened yesterday that I had no post.  I was at a craft show all day & didn't check it until I got home last night.  Lesson learned.

Today is another of my favorite Stamping Bella's.  Daffodil girl!  Don't you love that name!

I grabbed some of my favorite paper and one of my favorite border dies to finish her off.

A day without a friend...

Love is a four legged word!

Happy Hump Day!

Isn't this true!  Whether you are in love with a cat or a dog, you know exactly how true this is!
I have a cat, but adore dogs too! In fact, one of my neighbors has a Miniature Schnauzer that I am in love with!  Whenever Pepper Ann sees me, her tail wags so hard she almost does circles.  And if she sees me coming home, she will run to meet me at the garage door!  She knows I am always good for lots of loving and hugs!

When I saw this beautiful Stamping Bella stamp, I knew I had the perfect sentiment for it too! The inside of the card says "Have a "dog-gone" happy birthday!"

Ice Cream solves everything!

Are you ready for a fun get well card?  I saw this Stamping Bella stamp & knew immediately I would make it into a get well card!  Afterall, when I'm sick, that is exactly what I want to eat!  I know...probably not the wisest choice, but somehow the cold always feels really good going down.
But then, I could eat ice cream every single day of the year!

Get Well Flowers

Happy Monday, everyone!

Well, we all love to receive a get well card when we are sick.  I know I sure do! And this digi from Sprinkle N' Sparkle is perfect for a get well card.  And it was SO much fun to color up! And combined with some of my favorite paper, I loved the finished result.

I've also used this image for a birthday card! I'd never ordered from Sprinkle N' Sparkle before, but they sent me a 35% discount on my first order so I thought I'd give them a try and am glad I did.

Happy Halloween!

Hi, everyone!

Yes, I know Halloween is long past, but when Mo Manning had this cute digi for sale on her retirement sale I had to have it.  How cute is this!

I remember the days of putting on costumes and going trick or treating well.  One year, the gal across the street from us went as a devil, complete with tail.  The only problem was her tail kept falling off and we had to stop every few houses to pin it back on!  Those were the days before plastic bags and we all carried brown paper sacks.  They were the full size sacks and by the end of the night, your bag would be full to the top! And we got popcorn balls, cookies, and all kinds of things we would never be able to eat today!  Those were the good old days when life was SO much simpler and you would never think of having to check candy for pins or razor blades.  I miss those days!

Yes, I have finally admitted that I am addicted to dies! I try to be good, but then someone posts a die I love & I find myself ordering it!  And while I am admitting things, I probably better admit that I am addicted to the Dies R Us site!  They have the largest selection anywhere and the best prices!

Well, the theme for today's challenge is "One for the boys in our lives" and I immediately went to some of my favorite guy dies! Most guys love fishing so I went with that for my card.
