Friends

Brrr.....It's freezing outside!  I stayed in most of the day working on my birthday thank you cards. After I finished those, I needed a change of pace so I pulled out this little giraffe stamp from Magenta.  I've had it so long, I don't even remember where I got it, which is unusual for me.  I thought it might make a good "guy" birthday card.  I can make female cards all day with no problem, but those darned guy cards are another story! After you have done cars, golfing or fishing, I am pretty much stuck for ideas. lol
I colored it with pencils & gamsol and used some of my new dies for the layout.

I didn't get as much done today as I thought I would.  Halfway thru the afternoon, Brady decided he hadn't had his usual "kitty massage" so he jumped onto the middle of my table & sprawled out for about 30 minutes.  It's hard to ignore a 20 lbs cat who wants attention!

Catch you all later!  Better get back to something constructive!

  1. LOVE the new dies you have! Those giraffes are so sweet too...you always find the neat stamps and accessories.
As always, your card is gorgeous Sherri! One day I hope to create them as well as you.
Have a wonderful weekend and stay in out of the cold!

  2. My cat is driving me crazy today. I was trying to post three cards and she was constantly jumping up and standing in front of the monitor. I even pulled my monitor to the edge of the desk. She tried it again and fell on my keyboard. Finally, I had enough, and yelled at her. Haven't seen her for an hour now.

Love the card! As you know, I absolutely love animals! How on earth do you store all your dies>

I sent an email the other day about cutting Cheery Lynn dies? Did you get it?
