Hang in there!

Hi, everyone!
Hang in there! It's almost Friday!  For a "short" week, this has been a terribly long one.  Somehow you have to pay for the short weeks by trying to stuff 5 days of work into 4.  Or in my case, this week, into 3!  After only 31 years, my furnace and central air finally bit the big one & I had them replaced yesterday.  I suppose I should be thankful they lasted that long, but it is still a hassle getting everything replaced.  I'm glad they were able to do it before the temperatures hit 100 degrees this summer.  (If summer ever comes!) We are still in that rainy, stormy pattern with cool days & cooler nights.

So tonite I have a little "Hang in There" card to share.

I can't for the life of me, find the folder for this digi so unfortunately, I can't even give anyone credit.  I'll tell you on my next post, hopefully.  The image was done with Prismacolor brush markers & cut with some of my Spellbinders dies.

Enjoy your Friday! Catch you later!

  1. I am so with you about this week being too long. Wow, I have been waiting for Friday since Tuesday...lol We went on a four day cruise and I have been exhausted. You can't rest on a cruise-to much fun stuff going on. I need a vacation from my vacation...lol

Your card is so appropriate and just about how I felt today. One more day and I can rest...lol Thanks for sharing such a fun card that made me smile. It's nice to know I am not the only one feeling this way. Congratulations on your new furnace.

    Bear Hugs,
    Carol

  3. Darling card Sherri! He looks like he's thinking, "what am I doing here?" lol Kinda like we feel when the AC goes out! That happened to us a few years ago. Impossible to go without the AC! Amazing yours lasted that long!

  4. This is just so cute, I love it. My work week was only 2 days, but then spent about 38 hours of driving over the last 48 hours going to get our grand daughter from New Mexico for the summer.

  6. The black and white ensemble is fabulous and, of course, Socks and I approve of the cat! You've posted some smashing cards over the past few weeks, and I've really enjoyed looking through them, my talented friend :)

  7. Love, LOVE this fabulous card! The black with polka dots is just perfect for the exceptionally darling image, and so beautifully colored. Of course, your die cut mats are just gorgeous. Super fun card, Sherri! My work week was the same as yours -- 5 days of work crammed into 3. As long as I'm there, I like to stay busy, though.
