Where's the parade?

Ok, I'm ready for a parade today.  Something fun & happy!  So tonite I have not just one July 4th card to share, but four of them!  Yes, I know.  Overkill.  ha ha  I colored up 4 of these adorable Mo Manning images & then had a lot of fun creating four totally different cards with them. Each was colored with copics. Here is the first, and my favorite.

I used the Poppy dies for the window & shutters and added some patriotic banners made with a Fiskers banner punch.  The paper was from Creative Imaginations gingham pack. (LOVE gingham!)

Number 2 is my second favorite. She was made with the same paper along with some paper from the Paper Studio. The delicate frame is from Heartfelt Creations.

Number 3 is made with a border die from Marianne Designs and Spellbinders Fleur de Lis Rectangles dies.  I used brick red cardstock for the background paper on this one.

And finally, the last one is made with the Poppy door & window box (turned upside down to create a stoop, as well as the star border die from Marianne Designs.

As you can see, they are all different, and I had a lot of fun making them. They were a good diversion for a stressful weekend, which has already included a trip to the ER yesterday with Dad.  He is better today, but still having some issues.  And making cards has always been a real stress reliever for me.  I can't wait to hear which one of these you chose for your favorite!

Catch you later!

  2. All four are fantastic. I think you've got the order right.
The gingham DP is perfect, and you coloring is over the top fabulous. I like how you added the poke-a-dots to Raggedy Anne's dress in the third one. I how your Dad is better and you can enjoy the rest of your weekend.
