A little chuckle!

Happy Tuesday!

I thought today would be a good day for a chuckle!  I fell in love with this dog and knew exactly what I was going to use him for!  The inside message says "That's dog years, right? Happy Birthday!"

Hopefully, whoever gets this will have a great sense of humor!  ha ha

Day Three

I'm back!!

Here is the third card I created Friday!  It was snowing here then & I think being stuck inside gave me extra incentive to work on my cards!  Brady was too busy watching the snow coming down to want to sit on my lap.  And believe me, you get a whole lot more done when you don't have a 20+ lb. cat curled up on your lap!

I have a lot of friends who like to get blank cards that they can write their own message in & this cutie is just perfect for that!  She is going to have muscles like Popeye trying to write with THAT pencil!

Day Two!

Hello, again!

Back again with the 2nd card as promised yesterday.  This was another I just couldn't pass up.

I've never seen such cute pigs!  And what a darling sentiment!  I love that phrase...I like you a "lottle"....how great is that!

I put a coat of Wink of Stella on each image, but it doesn't show up well.

I'm on a roll!

Hi, gals!

I have finally gotten all of my decorating done & can go back to working on my cards!  Who knew there would be so much to do when you moved?  New walls mean new wall hangings.  I think the UPS driver must know the way to my door by heart.  Most of the things I have found were on the internet!

I've been on a real roll today!  Four cards!  I just got some new Stamping Bella stamps and have been having so much fun with them.  I didn't realize how many cute stamps they had until I looked on line.  Here is the first card I came up with!

I'm a sucker for "critters" and they have tons of darling ones! And cute sentiments to go with them!

Happy Friday!

Another month almost gone!  Spring has to be getting closer doesn't it?  It won't be long now! I'm SO ready for it that I already ordered white wicker furniture for my sun room!  Can't wait to open those windows & let the warm breezes in!

QKR Stampede Challenge - Add Some Bling or Sparkle!

Hi, gals!

Today's theme for the QKR Stampede challenge should be a favorite with EVERYONE!  I know how much we ladies love our "bling" and "sparkle" and now is your chance to shine!  Literally! ha ha
For my card, I grabbed some blue stickles and some red glitter paper!  And with the adorable digi # 2103 - Cheerleader Mouse, my card was easy to create!

I'm not sure the sparkle shows up too well on my photo, but in person, I guarantee it is full of sparkle!

QKR Stampede Challenge - Valentine Cards!

Happy February!

Are you already thinking ahead to Valentine's Day?  Well, if not, this week's challenge at QKR Stampede should help you get in the mood!  The theme this week is Valentine's Day!  Get out your favorite images and supplies & see what you can come up with!  I decided on ddigi # 6201- Heart Box Angel for my card.

Valentines are SO much fun to make!  I combined one of my favorite dies with one of my favorite border punches for this one.  I have tons & tons of Martha Stewart punches and forget to use them. With all the dies I have, I usually grab those instead.  I'll have to make a better attempt at using them from time to time.

Are you looking forward to a romantic evening or will you be staying home with a good book like those of us who are single?  At least I will be sure to have chocolate!  ha ha
