Hot chocolate pockets!

Yes, that's right.  Hot chocolate  pockets!  My daughter wanted me to make her some pocket cards to hold hot chocolate packets. I had to use my last vacation day to take Dad to the dr. so I spent the afternoon working on them.  The stamp was from Inky Antics. One of the websites had directions for making the pocket packets, but the measurements they gave were so far off I wasted half the afternoon trying to make my own.
These are a few of the pockets I came up with. It's hard to see they are "pockets" without something in them, but I think you can get the general idea.
I stamped the mugs on the matching paper for each & paper pieced them.  I'm hoping my daughter will love them.  And hoping too, that her hot chocolate packets will fit perfectly! All this talk of hot chocolate is making me want a big mug of it!

Catch you all later!

  1. Oh my goodnesss!! I have to have the recipe! These are the coolest. And the snowman in with the marshmallows is cute. I don't know which is my favorite. I love all the embellishments.

  2. Wow!! Those are incredible Sherri! I LOVE them all but the middle green one really caught my eye. Is that a border punch at the bottom or a die cut
    Once again you are awesome!!
