Happy Tuesday!

It's absolutely beautiful weather here today.   I have to add this comment to my post for my grandson!  He calls my blog "Grandma's weather blog" because I'm always mentioning the weather!  As I explained to my daughter, I doubt anyone wants to hear that I've spent the morning cleaning or mowing or running errands, and neither would anyone care about my latest health update or political views. Weather is something we can all relate to,  hence, the mention of it!  ha ha

On to today's cards.  I've been working on several projects the past few days, but wanted to get some retirement cards done for my daughter.  She has to send them out to clients & I thought a stash of some generic ones would be good to keep on hand.  I haven't started the female versions yet, but this is what I have so far for the guys.

I found the cutest Penny Black stamp set on our mini vacation & this was one of the stamps.

This golfer is an old, old stamp I've had since I first began stamping & use all the time.

These are the last of the bunch.

Be sure to check back tomorrow for a Christmas in July post!  I'm working on some other cards I did with some darling stamps I got on vacation.  I'll fill you in on our trip when I post them.

Catch you later!

  1. hi Sherri, well I never know what to say as I start my posting, so I usually mention the weather too..
fantastic male themed retirement the penny black cat on a bike, brilliant.

  2. Oh, my gosh, that Penny Black stamp is sooooooo cute! These are all really perfect masculine retirement cards! And, you know, weather affects us all and has a great deal to do with how we spend our days. I actually find it interesting to hear about it in other parts of the country. I mean, real people weather reports, like yours. It gives me a feel of you at home.
