Let It Snow!

Hi again, friends!

"Let It Snow!"  I can say that now, only because it is still beautiful weather and snow seems so far away right now.  There have been times this summer when the temps were high and the humidity out of sight that snow ALMOST seemed like a welcome change!  Almost!!  So for now, let's just enjoy today's snowy little scene and pretend that the real thing is still ages & ages away.

Although you may think you have to have just tons & tons of dies to create a card, in reality you can create something wonderful with only one or two!  On this card I used only two dies: Cheery Lynn Winter Neighborhood Border and Frantic Stamper Parisian Lamp Post.

I found some great glitter paper that added a sparkle to the sky and the digi is from QKR Stampede. He looks as happy to be shoveling as I do when it snows!

Don't forget to head over to the Dies R Us Challenge Blog! New challenges start on the first and fifteenth of each month and you may be the lucky winner of a gift voucher to the Dies R Us Store!  My favorite shopping site in the world!

Enjoy the rest of your week & see what fun you can have creating your own little scene!

  1. ADORABLE! Love the scene and the image is just too cute! He does look disgusted with having to shovel! Awesome coloring...as always and fabulous dies!
They say we are going to have a colder/wetter winter guess that means we will be shoveling too:( Although, just the mention of snow/ice and everything shuts down here!

  3. Beautiful use of your dies, Sherri! I really love the neighborhood border in white. That is just too pretty. Then when you put these two simple die cuts together with the adorable QKR image it can't help but be over the top fabulous! I mean, dies and coloring -- it just doesn't get any better!
