Dies R Us Challenge - Doilies and/or Lace

Hello again!

Are you ready for a fun challenge over at Dies R Us?  The theme for this one is "Doilies and/or Lace" and I'm sure you all have your favorite lacy dies you can pull out & create something awesome with! I had so many it was hard to decide which ones to pull out.  Especially when I love ALL of them!  Here is what I finally came up with.

I used the following dies on this little hello card:  Paper Smooches Hello Words, Penny Black Border Edgers, Taylored Expressions Eventful-Tea Party and Cheery Lynn Cape Code Doily.  Although the first 2 dies are currently out of stock, be sure to add your name to the waiting list.

After cutting the doily in half for the "table" cover, I cut the remaining half in half and used those for my corner pieces.

Head on over to the Dies R Us Challenge Blog & put your entry in!  You could win a gift voucher to the amazing Dies R Us store.  They carry the most different die companies in one place that you will ever find anywhere!  It will take you hours to browse through all their inventory & they add new things daily!  Be sure to sign up for their news letter so you hear about all the sales too!

Enjoy your week!

  1. Sherrie, this is a fabulous card. I love the pink paper with all the fabulous die cuts. So clever to use parts of the doily on the corners. Wonderful inspiration.

  4. What a totally cute idea to use those doily dies in the corners! Love the paper color and my favorite (only) hello die set. I absolutely adore the tea party border, too! I see it has a little birdie in it. So cute! Your efforts turned up another winner, Sherri!
