Happy Thanksgiving!

Hello,

I've been gone for a couple of days, but not because I wasn't busy working on things.  Actually, my mojo has been seriously missing for a couple of days.  I've been working on something for the Dies R Us Challenge Blog and every wonderful idea I had came to a dead end.  Either the dies I pulled out to use were no longer in stock or had been discontinued.  Darn!  I have been collecting dies for SO long that I have a lot of them that are no longer available.  So it was on to Plan B....then to Plan C...then to Plan D!  I finally came up with something yesterday, so hopefully, that will free up my time to work on other things. Yea!!

I did manage to make a couple of cards and they are for Thanksgiving.  I know I posted 3 raccoon cards earlier, but the image is just so darned cute I had to try it with watercolor pencils.  I promise this is the last one! ha ha

This little gal is a Sassy Cheryl image I've had awhile.  Perfect for a Thanksgiving or fall card..The corner dies are from Magnolia Doohickey Cute Corner.

Back tomorrow with our weekly QKR Stampede challenge!

  2. I'm glad you used the raccoon again, Sherri, 'cause he is just so darn cute! You sure have a lot of coloring mediums. Fantastic job with the watercolor pencils. I really love the look. And, of course, your little Sassy Cheryl girl is adorable. She reminds me of all those trips we made to the pumpkin patch when our son was little. I even went a few times after he grew up. Love those corner dies. Many of my dies are retired, but I use them and love them anyway, as I know you do, too. It makes it hard when you're doing DT work, though. I just had to take a moment to stop by for some morning cuteness after being away for a while. You get my own mojo flowing again.
