Dies R Us Challenge -Summertime Fun

Hello, everyone!

Well, it's that time of the month again and since the fifteenth of the month falls on a Friday I'm sure you are aware that I have two posts today.  Hopefully, you have already checked out the first one.

Today's challenge theme is a fun, fun one!  Summertime Fun!  Put your thinking caps on and make a card showcasing your idea of summertime fun!  Are you fond of golfing, gardening, swimming, camping....whatever makes you happiest could be the focus of your card.

For mine, I chose a bicycle built for two!  I've never actually had the fun of doing this, but it always looks like a great time.  Not sure if I would be happy with someone else steering it though!  Ha ha

The dies I used for this happy card are as follows: Memory Box Bicycle Built for Two, Memory Box Stitched Clouds, Memory Box Floral Delights & Impression Obsession Dog Set.

Grab your favorite dies & enter for a chance to win a gift voucher to our fantastic store.  There is no happier place to shop on earth if you are a die addict!  Largest selection, lowest prices & great shipping!  The link to the store is here.

The link to the Dies R Us Challenge Blog is here!  Can't wait to see what you come up with!

Hugs,
Sherri

  1. Oh SO CUTE Sherri! I've never tried a bicycle built for two either! I'm a bit of a control freak so would have to be doing the steering! LOL Happy Day my friend!

  2. Love your outdoor scene with the bicycle! We actually had one when I was a youngster. I grew up with four sisters and two brothers. Maybe Mom and Dad wanted to save on buying bikes...lol! But, it was fun riding it! Anyways, love your card with awesome color and sweet little pup, too!!

  3. Your card is the essence of a beautiful summer day, and so darn cute! Your dies... never at a loss! I've heard it's very difficult to ride a bicycle built for two, but it would be fun trying. I'd be laughing too hard to manage it, probably.

  6. Your card is delightfully fun Sherri! I rode a tandem bike once when I was a young teenager. It was fun once my sister and I got into the rythym of working together. I didn't like being in the back and not being in control of steering though. It's defintely a good exercise on working together. Anyway, your card is adorable and I love the memories it evoked for me. Have a happy week!
